Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Sorry, we can’t change your government’s laws!

‍There may be some delay during the holidays. Otherwise, you can expect the following ship times.

Standard Ship Times: Our average shipping time is estimated between 7-40 days, depending on the courier and location.

‍REFUNDS & RETURNS

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your Product cost or replace it if you don’t receive your order, it got damaged or was not as described on the product page. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

Note: There are no refunds on shipping costs.

Our Second life lithium Power banks and custom products are made by order, There are no returns for these items. In addition, it has a longer shipping period due to the process of creation and testing and also pending orders may affect shipping time. Estimated shipping times for Second life lithium power banks are 20-50 days delivery time depending on courier and location.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within 6-8 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us via [email protected] and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & Returns will not be processed after 14 days from the date you received the item. Thanks for understanding!
