Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via service@nishatiprime.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like order-made goods (such as second-life powerbanks and other custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns Overview
At Nishati Prime we do our absolute best to ensure that our product descriptions are as in-depth as possible so that you will not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering. And if a lemon is it, then we assure you, that’s what the description will say.
Order Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at service@nishatiprime.com within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 24 hours, it’s been accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep!
Return Policy
We love our customers and making things easy for them so hope you will make things easy for us! While we would love to take back everything, for a few hundred reasons we just cannot. So your return will be accepted only for the following reasons:
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
- If you receive a different item than what you ordered or if an item you ordered is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately for replacement.
- Your item is damaged upon receipt.
No need to return the damaged item received. Simply take a photograph and send it to service@nishatiprime.com. Once we receive the photograph, we will issue a replacement. Easy, that’s what we like. (NOTE: This applies to gadgets and accessories). But remember to send the photo in a timely fashion. This is when being late is not cool. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 3 days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement.
NOTE:
We know we all come in different shapes and sizes here. That’s why we strive to make sure that the size you are getting is the right one, so please pay attention and follow the measurement guide, table, and/or instructions found in the product description of the item you are looking to buy. The measurements are given so for that reason we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect size. It’s time to get your measuring tape and rulers out before you order!
You may return your eligible item to us within 14 days from the date you received the item. The return policy is NOT applicable for each item that is labeled. All Sales Final can be found in the product description. But we are sure you will love what you get.
HOW TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM
We will only accept returns for eligible items by mail. Here’s how:
Contact us regarding your eligible item via email or live chat to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and the address for returns.
Once you receive your return merchandise authorization number, fill out a form, and include it with your return package. Please also mark the exterior of your package with your return authorization number.
Only pre-authorized returns (complete with return merchandise authorization number) will be accepted by our shipping department. Packages without a return merchandise authorization number will be returned to sender and we will accept no liability for them.
You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging an item. We will not accept returns, Cash on Delivery (COD), or prepay for return shipping.
When you return an item, we encourage you to choose a service that will provide you with tracking and that will allow you to insure your shipment. Tracking ensures that you know when your return has arrived at our warehouse and if it gets damaged in shipping, you may be able to recoup the cost of the product from the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns. Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will email you to confirm receipt and will issue you a refund to your original method of payment. We will only refund the purchase price of the item. Shipping, handling, processing, and customs fees are non-refundable.
